Reservations:
Tours must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Refer to Tour Descriptions for details.
All tour availabilities are always weather dependent.
Only Montezuma and Coyote Tours include ATV rental for 2 people for the length of the tour.
The extra number of pax is included in the maximum number allowed per tour.
Extra hours are available for fishing experiences at different prices depending on the tour.
Attention to the price difference between 1 and 2 extra pax for Montezuma and Coyote tours.
Montezuma Falls Quest 2 does not include Zip Line.
Cancellations:
Sapoa and its guides reserve the right to cancel any tour due to inclement weather or misbehaviour of clients.
Tours cancelled due to inclement weather before the start of the tour will not be charged.
Tours cancelled due to clients misbehaviour will be charged in 100%.
Tours cancelled by customers with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in 100%.
Tours cancelled by customers with 24-48 hours notice will be charged in 50%.
Tours cancelled with more than 48 hour notice will not be charged.
Payments:
We accept PAYPAL payments, 100% of the payment is required for an activity confirmation.
For your information at the moment of the activity our guide will be asking you to sign a release waiver.
